Priced so every grant gets protected
Grantary is priced per organisation, banded by how many active grants you hold and how many working members — the people with write-tier roles (admin, manager, contributor) — you have. Viewers, auditors, trustees on read-only access and everyone on the funder side never count and are free on every plan. Searching for funding and applying are free forever — an unrecorded grant is an unprotected one, so the pricing never punishes putting a grant in the vault.
Funders, auditors and viewers never pay to look. Anyone you share a grant with sees the record free, forever — oversight is part of the product, not a seat to sell.

Funder-sponsored vaults
A funder covers the vault for its grantees — the party asking for the compliance pays for it. Ask us to talk to your funder. A funder sponsoring its grantees covers every charity in its portfolio — often cheaper than the admin cost of chasing the reports Grantary produces automatically.

The billing small print, in plain English
- VAT: prices are in GBP and no VAT is added — we'renot currently VAT registered. If that changes, prices here will say so explicitly and you'll be told in advance.
- Renewal: paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel or change plan — either takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails or a plan lapses:you are never locked out. Everything stays readable and exportable; recording new activity and creating grants beyond the free allowance pause until the plan resumes. Over a working-member band, existing members keep working — you just can't add more until the plan moves up.
- Leaving: export is self-serve and always available. After you leave, records are kept only for the retention each grant carries, then deleted — the Platform Terms and privacy notice have the detail.
Why these numbers? A single avoided clawback or funding dispute typically costs more than years of any plan. And if you genuinely can't pay, talk to us: the mission is protected grants, not gatekept ones.
